নৌকার এক পাশে আরেকটি প্রাণী বসতেই সেটি হেলে গেল। বাবু এবার অন্য পাশে জায়গা খোঁজে। কোনটি আগে, কোনটি পরে—হাতে করে পরীক্ষা করলেই বোঝা যায়। পড়ে গেলে দুটো অংশ কমিয়ে আবার শুরু করুন; দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা গঠনটিই পরের চেষ্টা করার উৎসাহ দেয়।

৩–৪ বছরে অল্প ব্লক দিয়ে সাজানো; ৪–৬ বছরে নৌকায় ভারসাম্য ও ফাঁক মেলানো; ৬–৮ বছরে বেশি ব্লক, পালা করে বসানো ও নিজের নিয়ম। এখানে ভারসাম্যটি ব্লকের গঠনের—বাবুর শরীরের ব্যালান্সের অনুশীলন নয়।

The curved boat makes placement matter. Adding a block to one side changes the balance, inviting a new decision on the other. Use fewer animals first, then increase the challenge or arrange the same pieces as a flat spatial puzzle.

At 3–4, place a few blocks and notice what stays upright. At 4–6, work on boat balance and fitting gaps. At 6–8, add turn-taking rules and more pieces. The balancing challenge develops thinking about objects and structures rather than whole-body balance.
