How play develops
- At 3–4, practise pressing and rolling large shapes. At 4–6, make simple recognizable models. At 6–8, add details and connected scenes. Keep unused clay sealed promptly: this is air-drying material, not dough that remains indefinitely reusable. It is not edible

A rolled shape can become a snake, fruit or part of a character. Clay gives the hands immediate feedback: press harder, flatten it; roll gently, lengthen it. Invite an idea, then let the child choose the form and colors.
